  Just tried calling mid afternoon on a week day and no one answered the phone. Finally hung up after 20 or so rings.

  Kaitlyn has had me on hold for 10 minutes now. When all I asked her to do was see If my Amazon package was there because I'm having trouble finding it and when I called Amazon they said it was at this location. I didn't realize it took that long to go into the computer to find a name...I am currently still on hold making it 15 minutes. Now... She juat hung up wow.

  Id recently shipped a package through USPS (Post office) only to have it get lost. Id tried to place a claim on shipment to get some kind of compensation only to find out that the Post Office does not reimburse for lost or damaged item little to say that left very BAD impression on me. Week later i need to ship out another package but this time decided to try my luck with The UPS Store instead. I was amazed to find a well informed group of employees (Especially Matt)that help me every step of the way setting up my shipment, they even help me get it out of my car literally didn't have to lift a figure. I also discovered that they did more then just shipping they also Notarize forms Copies and Prints Help with packaging Laminate documents Passport photos Have mailboxes for rent Sell Stamps Freight Shipments and much more Overall i dont think theres anything they cant do. you can bet ill be coming back here REALLY SOON!!!!
