  The staff at Alexis Diamond House is simply amazing. Their patience, commitment and value for their customers is unmatched in my opinion. After finally deciding it was time to purchase an engagement ring and pop the question I quickly turned to all the "big name" diamond retailers out there. I visited each one either in person or online. Each time I walked out or stepped away from my computer I felt there was something missing in my experience. A special kind of attention you want to feel when you're looking to purchase something so meaningful. I found that feeling with Alexis Diamond House. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine smile and hospitality that made me feel at ease. I was treated more like family than "just another customer". After getting to know a little bit more about me and my future fiance, I was given a tour of the store's inventory. The staff took their time to educate me on what to look for not only in a diamond but in the band itself. I was told that even if they didn't have it currently they could have it ordered or custom made to meet my vision. I never felt like I was being pushed into any avenue or decision. Rather, I felt like I was working with a team that wanted to help me find something special. After a lot of back and forth and much patience on their part :-), I walked away with a beautiful A. Jaffe vintage styled ring that stunned my fiance on that special day! Did I mention that their price was more than fair?!!! Although I live in Tampa, Alexis Diamond House will now be my one and only Jewelry store. That feeling of putting the customer first is ever present there.

  For men shopping for rings can be very hard. Alex was actually one of the most amazing jewelers I met. He was refered to my from a family member. I knew what I wanted but I didn't execute it well. So I shared my ideas with Alex and he started showing me different diamonds. The best part is he put two diamonds in front of me and explained how I should look at them. Then he asked me if I noticed a difference. I told him no. That's when he showed me the best diamonds vs the best deals for a diamond. In the end he helped me pick a diamond and a band within my budget and great quality. He takes pride in actually ecduating his clients whether they buy or not. I flew from California to get this ring!!! My fiancé now cannot believe the ring and it's clarity. Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had in a jewlery store, especially when you do not know where to start. Forever a new friend and always recommended. Thank you Alex for my prefect ring on my special day.

  I had the pleasure of working with Alex and the family at Alexis jewelry. I had my ring stolen but was quickly comforted in building a whole new dream ring and it came out perfect!
