  I came to the clinic to receive a TB test I was asked to sit in the lobby. I waited for about 2 hours I was told there was only 2 people ahead of me I continue to wait and wait as I watched the workers and this office slowly and nonchalantly assist new patients that would come in. they do not seem very enthused to work but I was in belief that the receptionist was telling me the truth when she said you're next then I waited another 45 minutes. the nurse went to lunch, because she helped like 2 people, understandable. the receptionist told me it would be even longer then mind you I am still sitting in lobby and I had school to go to and a one year old with me. I was then approached by a gentleman who stated I'm sorry you've been sitting in the waiting area for so long but we're actually not equipped to help you today someone from our lab is alone today. why wasn't I notified of this much earlier had I not sat there for hours I would have been able to complete this test at another clinic. I feel bad for any of the people and this community dare enter this health department for any kind of assistance all of the employees there look like they are in need of assistance should not be running a health clinic (when they can barely walk barely move and are more interested to take their lunches and chatting then assist the public which is what is their job). Laziest office. A health department is a busy place and needs a busy ready staff thats willing to do their job not sit on their asses. There were only 5 patients seen the entire time I was there, not including me.

  Called to make a appointment. They have to have someone call you back and it took them four days to call me back to make a doctors appointment for me. Was told they call you back within 24 hours. That was a lie. They need to speed up the process. Skip the customer service and just have us call the number directly to make our doctors appointment with one phone call.

  The WORST. Doctors talk the whole time and then say your time is up! Without helping with the problem! If you show up 5 min.late you get cancelled, but when you come half hour early you sit and wait for an Hour After your appmt time to be called?!?! No one cares because they know you have no where else to go. This place is literally KILLING me with incompetence!

  Hmmm. Where to begin?...It's actually not a bad man place if you have nothing to do for an hour and a half, and just feel like sitting around for a form. He staff is cold and seems irritated, the place feels dirty, and did I mention nothing is quick in there? Bring a phone charger. You'll need it.
